Wendy incorporates Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing (MI) in her work with clients. She supports clients age ten as well as adults. Wendy is interested in helping adolescents and adults cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. She is also passionate about supporting women as they enter perimenopause and menopause. Wendy provides a safe nurturing environment to support healing and growth for all clients.
